ArtistSpace is a new, boutique web design and development company for artists and arts companies. Founded by artists for artists, ArtistSpace aims to allow artists of all skill levels and disciplines to establish an online presence, to further their artistic practice and expose their work to new audiences.

ArtistSpace was founded by Geordie Barker & Edward Dowling. Both Geordie and Ed work in the arts industry, in lighting, sound, stage and production management and other related fields. Our background has allowed us to meet and work with a lot of artists who feel threatened or unsure about the internet, or who are simply not using the web to its full potential.

By working directly with artists, on a one-on-one basis, ArtistSpace aims to expose artists to a wider, international audience. Our aim to is teach and guide, and we provide complete technical support, from setting up a domain name (www.myname.com), personalised email (ed@myname.com), web hosting, web design and development and social media marketing, production and advice.

We are affordable, too. Like all artists, we do what we do because we love it. We love meeting with and talking to artists and arts companies, getting to know their work and designing a web presence which suits their needs and demands.
